David Seibert

Owner/Head of Sales

Dave is one of the original founders of Mission Advertising and serves daily as the head of sales. He has worked in sales for nearly 30 years and has focused on curating relationships and putting his best foot forward in contributing to the business world. In his free time, Dave enjoys sports, games, and spending time with his family of 8 children and 5 grandchildren, as well as being involved in his local church.

Lesley Seibert

Co-owner/Finance and Accounting

Lesley is one of the original founders of Mission Advertising and manages finances, payroll, and other tasks that keep the business afloat. She has helped to build the company up from it's early beginnings and has served in a number of roles over the years. Lesley enjoys cooking and spending time with her family more than anything. She is a dog mom to Cooper, mom to eight, and mimi to five. 

Kari Hillman

Office Manager/Marketing and Design

Kari is the office manager as well as the head of marketing and design for Mission Advertising. She has a degree in graphic design and also does freelance work, as well as running a photography business. She resides with her husband and three kiddos. In her free time, Kari loves to travel, spend time with family, play boardgames, and work on house renovation projects.
